Actually..Harleys Papa got that one. I would have never known it. Looks like a Campus with extra top bars.

thats the bike! You guys know your stuff.
Makes sense, the bike is in Canada.
The front down tube looks like it has been broken and welded a few times.
And he wants 350 so i think i'll pass on this one.
