You are probably talking about the main jet on a newer tecumseh..They come from the factory lean.probably due to emissions ...I have used a torch tip cleaner and slowly enlarged the jet hole with the tip cleaner or use a drill if you have something that small..go at it slow because there is no "going back" if you go too big..Good luck Cheech
