Engine ID help. 5 or 7hp?

I bought this engine a few weeks ago on craigslist. I cant figure out how many hp it is. Here is a pic of the engine cover

I bought this engine a few weeks ago on craigslist. I cant figure out how many hp it is. Here is a pic of the engine cover

Per the Craftsman to Tek cross reference guide, 143.626012 = Tek H70-130138a = 7 hp

thanks for that info. I was hoping it was a 5hp for the nighthawk I just got but maybe I will use it anyway.

that ALOT of engine (dimensionally) for that frame, they were built for the "small frame" tecumseh engines.

I just found a old tecumseh but the guy isnt sure what hp it is. It looks like a 5hp at most. Im waiting for him to email me a picture of the model number.
