Anyone know what this is...it was on a old reel type mower at my shop...brought it home today cuz it looks cool. its pretty small but has a huge piston. 2 stroke?

The strange ones were the ones that the cylinder head does not come off you stuff everything up through the base plate . and like this one the carb is in the stuffer plate end. Steve

I had an old toro reel mower with a 5 hp briggs on it a few years ago and had to leave it at my old house. Had a new home built and didnt have a use for it. Now that I'm into these minis, I wish I had it!!!!!:sadcrying4:

I saw one of those in a guy's back yard tried to buy it for 40.00, but he wouldn't come off of it, finially someone stole it, probably for scrap, too bad we both lost out, he lost 40.00 and i lost a good reel lawnmower, yep it's a jacobson, 2 cylcle, some of those motors go as high as 5 hp.
