I'm pretty sure the Rupp bars are 1970. In 69, they were narrower in the middle, and the u-bolts weren't welded on after 1970. Maybe someone can chime in and confirm. Are the u-bolts cut off? They look like it in the picture.

Yes they're cut off hence the price, I just thought somebody might want them for regular bars.
