I traded in my Harbor Freight 4x8 Trailer for this 5x8 Trailer.
I bought the Harbor freight trailer and was not all that happy with it.
It was alright but kind of flimsy and I was not real trusting with the 12'' tires.
I saw that a local trailer company (Carson Trailer) had these 5x8's on sale for $795
So figure hey put the harbor trailer on C/L for $400 and see what happens???
A guy called me 2 hours later and bought it for my asking price.
I probably broke even maybe made a little on it after the plywood, paint, side kit and registration??
The new trailer is much better, 15'' tires 3500# axles verses 1200# on the Harbor trailer a little bigger too.
The biggest plus is the piece of mind towing it, I feel much better towing this one.

Nice upgrade.
The black one is pretty standard around here Tractor supply, wal-mart, Lowes, And the price is pretty consistant to here. I think you'll be much happier with the new one. The differance in axle weight alone is worth the extra money. They even feel sturdier when you tow them.

Your right about that, you dont use them often but when you need them there good to have. Kind of like the truck thing once you had one its hard not to have one.
