Front tire help

I'm looking to order a tire for my front wheel on a mini bike frame I just bought and I noticed that the valve stem is on the rim lip just like a car, now do I need to order a tube for it too? My rear wheel is the same wheel, but I don't want to deflate it just to find out if it has a tube....

I they do, but the question is my wheel is one piece an there's a valve stem on it like a car wheel does that type need a tube?

sounds like you have a tubeless tire so you wouldn't need a tube if you get a new tubeless tire, clean the wheel real well where the tire bead is and install a new valve stem.. If it's a 6" wheel some of the pocket bikes came with tubeless tires and they have some cool street treads unless you want an off road knobby type tire...
