Fuel oil mix for 1963 Valmobile Folding Suitcase scooter?

I'm taking my 1963 Valmobile to a small engine repair guy to get it running and the mechanic is asking me what the fuel / oil mix ratio is. I can't find any documents or posts in my searching. Can anyone help?

Better to be safe, Most older two stroke are 20:1, (Clinton, Go Devil, Power products) Better too much smoke and foul a plug than sqeek a piston!

I have decals for the Valmobile on eBay at engine-decals.com mix ratio is 18 to 1 summer 20 to 1 winter.

Does anyone know the correct spark plug to use on this?
