These were on my Stellar and I have no use for em, they would be great for a custom minibike build or your Harley. They are 1 1/8" ID so they would not clamp on even a 1" frame but there are many ways to mount these. I do not recommend clamping em on a minibike. Hardware had some rust but is original, the rubber O-rings are intact and the pegs are in overall good shape. The hex heads on the clamps have suffered a bit but I had no issues removing them.
