Help with Tecumseh engines not running

I need help getting 2 Tecumseh engines running. One is a ASPERA MOTORS TECUMSEH TYPE HT35/A2111. The other is a Tecumseh MODEL H25-25163H Serial 1218B. Both have no spark. I got the flywheels off and took out the magneto/condensors ? Not sure what to call them. Can I buy a whole new part just like what's there ? Is the HT 35 a 3.5 hp and the H25 a 2.5 hp ? Thanks

Should be a 2.5 and 3.5 HP if the covers are original. I'd go to a coil (better)but you can get the tune up parts and about any lawnmower shop. :thumbsup:

If they have points under the little cover under the flywheel clean them with fine sandpaper and give it a try.

Teeks, stay away from Asian points condensors and coils.....can be problems. if you need original Tecumseh parts I have them all in stock
