Honda z50 potential buy

Thinking about buying this guy said he just had it running now it won't fire up. Sounds like it wants too but just won't fire and run. What would be a good price to make an offer on this bike?

Looks like a complete, fairly clean bike. Anything with the name Honda on it will typically bring more money. The old z50 bikes are pretty desirable.

As far as price, make him an offer on how much you feel comfortable paying. Per the OldMiniBikes rules, prices/values cannot be told, rather, it is the buyer/seller that ultimately determines it's worth.
