How do I get this off? 1970 speedway project

Is there something I'm just not seeing or is it tricky this is first project like this and I'm not really a gear head or have experience with mini bikes. Thanks for the help!

remove the bearing thats next to the sprocket and it will slide out when you install put the bearing on belt side install sprocket side first no bearing after install bearing and then snap ring

You may have to use some heat on the bearing or cut the bearing off as it looks pretty rusty.

This would be a 71 or 72 frame maybe 73 can't be a 1970 speedway didn't have green 1970 post a picture of the whole thing I'll identify the bike model year and some info on it
