look to the left under the post count which is under your avatar. See that red number? Click on it (this is for whoever you are rating) and once the next page loads you will see in red text again...."Submit Feedback For dirt" or whoever you are rating. click on that and read closely the drop down menu options you have to select. Then leave a short comment to the seller/buyer in the larger text window. Below that in the little one liner text box - that's where you leave comments that are visible to the buyer/seller only. Lots of times I see people leave comments in that box that they actually think is what will be displayed as public info.
