You need better detailed info to calculate the speed your going.
We need:
1)Motor RPM with you on broad riding it.
2)Tire circumference
3)Gearing! You said you have a 12 tooth in the front, and we need the exact tooth gear on the rear sprocket.
Here's a example!
12/60 gearing = 5.0 gearing
Your tire is a 11 x 3.50 x 5, which is around a 35.5" tire circumference
Now let's say your motor is turning 5,000 RPM with you riding it.
