How to make a wiring harness for a owosso trike to make street legal.

Ok so I have the engine I got a guy to mod the body and paint the shell. Now I have the original lights and turn signal which I am adding led lights in to save on power. Now the engine has a lighting coil so I can charge the battery I heard the 12v tractor battery is said to be the best. The frame of the bike it self I will give a light sanding then a seal and black paint. Now then I have to do the wiring which I have never done I know my basics of electronics so if I had a wiring scamadic or a blue print or some basic walk through this would help. Let me know.

What engine is in the trike?

Here is one I mapped out for a Go-Joe / with a Snowmobile engine.

Only thing missing here is the blinkers wiring circuit.

It is a 12hp Tecumseh engine with starter and lighting coil.
