I saw that one too. I thought Heathkit at first but looked closer an it looks homemade with a :chinese: frontend

The frame has been cut and widened just behind the engine plate to fit the rear wheel/tire. The top rear part of the frame has bad bends. Etc., etc., etc.......... heavily modified who knows what.
