Is this really a Lil Indian?

I got this from a friend who bought it at auction. Anyone know what model and year it is?
It has different wheels and the handle bar is welded.
Also has a switch on the side of the fork ears.
Engine free but have not tried starting it yet. and so the fun begins.

Looks like some things were changed out on it but has the look of a Hellcat or Bearcat. Not sure what the differences were between those two. The tank doesn't look correct nor does the rear wheel. However there is a Michrena emblem on the lower right cover as well so that's what I'd say.

Just looking at the brochure, I'd say it's a Bearcat because it has the number plate in the front as opposed to the Hellcat's headlight.
