:shrug:I bought this bike a few years back because the rolling frame and seat tray where in good shape and not mollested. I remember these, or something like this when growing up. My buddy had a Rupp, this is not a Rupp but I do not know what it is? It did have a comet clutch system that is a rusted mess and was cut off at the shaft so all the mounts and frame are intact. HELP
