The bike is showing obvious signs of use, age and storage - pitted chrome, rust, etc..
Here's what I can see as obvious damage or missing:
seat torn, wood rotten
clutch/chain guard has multiple cracks and tears
tires are shot
muffler missing
most cables broken

engine turns over
