I thought so too at first but the frame isn't right for a Ruttman.

Why isn't it? Looks like the fork strut rods are welded on upside down and bars are bent out.:shrug:

The front part of the frame has more of an angle on the bike he posted where the Ruttman is almost vertical.

Just noticed..it has the original 5 star on the back of it also...aka Astro. And take a close look at one of mine....angle.

They are crappy pics...but someone literally welded the strut rods upside on the forksdown:doah:. So basically the forks are hit. Otherwise it would have been a nice purchase for 400 bucks especially with the back wheel. The bright side...it makes my two worth more now that one more is ruined. :laugh:
