I have personally been scammed by him and hope that others not meet the same fate.

I read those threads, and it's pretty obvious to start with. No one is going to offer free shipping on a go-kart that sold for $300, especially across the border.

I recommend everyone disputing with paypal ASAP to maybe have a chance getting some money back. Cash through the mail, no local pick ups or paypal?

I'll pass.

I have proof, because I did not get my item. (gastank) 40 dollars... A little more for shipping. It was a logical deal, nothing was abnormal about my transaction. Except that I didn't receive my item.

No doubt no logical person would buy some of those, but if you really wanted a kart. Wouldn't you try it?
