Like to switch to another carb with ajustments help

Hi all i have a tecumseh model 143.98 5005 engine family stp172u1g1rb displacement 172 sears 7267b the carb i have is a 640017 it has no ajustment and would like a better carb what would it be and i realy heed # guys i dont mind getting from evilbay and can anybody tell me anything about this motor im really a briggs guy thanks for your input dave

It's a 4hp ohv
you can go with a carb like this CARBURETOR CARB TECUMSEH 632230 FITS H50 H60 HH60 - eBay (item 130358245719 end time Jul-10-10 04:49:36 PDT) or you can adapt a keihin style carb to your intake and eliminate the linkage... For the

you have a pic of the throttle plate ? i may have a carb that would work . if i have one it would need a kit . but that is easy to get
