Lil' Indian Spitfire

I got this Lil' Indian Spitfire a while back and probably wont be fixing it up any time soon. It has a 3hp Briggs, original wheels, some rewelds near the triple tree and handle bars. No brakes. Clutch is rusty but looks to be usable.

Asking $125, plus shipping. (without engine $110, plus shipping).

on the reweld, was the frame cracked on just the one side of the frame tubing or both sides?
