I'd almost bet it is an early version of a manco, sure looks dead on as far as design and does look very similar. Neat Kart and those rear wheels would be great on a large frame mini.

Yes, just like I said. "that as rear wheels would be drilled and tapped for a sprocket" I guess I should have worded it if it were a rear wheel. But does your three bolt 5 inch Manco wheel only have three "bumps"? If so then they must be early Mancos.
