Has anyone tried modifying old carb jets?
From another thread, been experimenting with inexpensive slide carbs on Tecumseh HS40 and HS50 motors. I've found that a Pz22 carb works well, but the main jet needs to be changed to #92. Since the original jet is smaller, i could probably drill the original to #92 specs. I've never done that, not sure how well this works... Has anyone done this before? Also has anyone documented drill number sizes to jet number sizes? that would be an incredibly helpful information in this regard!
