What happened to Motor City Minis?
Did they go out of business?
Did they move?

Their FB page is still up but hasn't been active. I tried calling the number the other day and it was some other business. My guess is they lost interest and closed up shop.

I bought a couple of wheels off FB marketplace last year and the seller happened to be one of the guys who worked there. The business had some notable challenges (not the least of which was the lack of electricity to the building) and were planning on relocating. The new location never materialized and he found a new job after giving up on waiting.

Doubting that the business will return at this point.

I thought I read or saw that the town wanted them "out". They wouldn't renew any of their permits. They were going to look for a new location.

I wonder if they sold off their inventory?
They had lots of vintage engines, etc...
