I'd say they were both probably JC penney "golden Pintos" back in the day


The year prior to this one pictured did use a longer chainguard that attached to that little tab shownd on the bare frame you have:

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone! Golden Pinto seems to be the winner, I guess the engine and frames are both from the 70s.
