I scored this gocart almost a year ago on craigslist for 30 bucks. It's missing the rear axle, parts of the torque converter, and one tire. I want to change the rear tires to atv because I got a set of good chevrons with aluminum rims at a yard sale for 20.00. I bought the hubs on ebay for 8.00.
I was thinking of getting a 250r rear axle and widening it to make it work and maybe rig up a disk brake. Any other ideas? I saw some of the other post about a lawnmower axle etc.
I sprayed some ether in the carb and the 10hp tecumseh fired up! I put a temp gas tank on there then broke the recoil starter :sadcrying4:
The welds on this cart are soooooo crappy, my 7 year old could've stick welded them better. Any idea what kind it is?
