My question is what's with the extra welded rear axles. Scrub brake, 2 stroke set-up maybe? It looks like someone has already asked.
If original as seller claims it had to be a prototype. I'm not an expert but I have seen many Ruttmans, CCS, LIL etc. Never seen that lower rear section.
Do you guys think someone hacked on this frame back in the day?
