so i have a question about wheels and drum brakes. i may have access to a welder but i would rather not have to weld anything to set up my brakes. ive seen the azusa wheel assemblies that come with drum brakes. do you need to attach the drum to the frame in any way? would i need to weld a bracket to my from in order to make that work?

So I've been looking at parts to complete my bike. It doesn't have to be restored original i just like the lines of thebbushwacker. I've been looking at the Azusa kits minus frame on OldMiniBikes. I think it might work but was jut wondering if anyone had used one of these kits before thanks
