New to the forum, and mini world, have a Pak-Jak restoration project, Biggest problem no breaks, I have the handle, cable, and center shaft. Please view my pictures and advise on how to manufacture if possible??
The v pulley on the jackshaft may have been your brake .I have seen it used on other trail bikes. A piece of v belt is pulled down into the pulley for braking . looks like there is a bracket for attaching one end. Good Luck. You might want to check with ( dieselbike ) I think he has a Pac Jak
yeah you are setup for the v belt brake, you can get a good automotive belt and attach it to the bracket and the other end to the cable a adjust to cause friction to slow the jackshaft, i converted mine to brake band brake
