Please help with kart ID, thanks

Hello everyone, I picked up this kart Wednesday. It has some interesting things about it. First thing is Rupp turbine wheels. Gussets from the front axle to the frame, the round pedals, removable engine plate, front crash bar is wider than the frame rails. The previous owner thought it was a Manco, but I have yet to find another kart online that looks like this one. Closest I have found is a Rupp Dart kart, but there are always something different. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Hope everyone had a great thanksgiving with family and friends. Kevin

No idea. Has some unique features all over.
I'd ask on Bob's karting forum, the Vintage kart forums, rearenginekarts and elsewhere because it certainly is vintage and they have a wider knowledge base
