I have a Baja MB200 with a Predator 212 engine. No governor, torque converter, new intake, valve breather. when I give my bike throttle and then let off it has a really loud pop, ive been told its backfire. How do I fix it. Thanks
It's probably running a little bit lean because you've put a high flow intake. You can try drilling out the jet or get a larger jet or try tuning your fuel screw, but I wouldnt recommend that unless you really know how a carburetor and air fuel mixtures work. For now the backfire wont hurt anything. Some people actually tune their bikes to backfire cause it sounds cool
