Yea SALT, rest assure, it can and will happen, especially on the front holes, but with a little angle iron on the under side, it shouldn't happen again, I hope!!!!

By the way HOT TURKEY, that sure is a nice muffler/header you got there, good reason to drink another one! "Well the paint on the can looks nasty, time for a new muffler skin." lol

Found some cool old stock handle bars on ebay. Had to trim off about an inch of pipe under the mounting plate and enlarge the hole where the fork bolt goes. I also put on some chrome acorn nuts for the shocks. Still looking for a tank and brake parts. Can't wait to ride it!
I have that template I think....front holes are 4 3/8 on center... middle holes are 5 1/4 on center ...rear holes are 6 " on center.....whats the distance from the front holes to the rear holes?
