removal of driven pully of jackshaft

Ok this is a jackshaft of a mtd/columbia,it has the driven pully still on the js from a torque converter set up.How the heck does that come off?It's got a collar,thats off,now there is a big nut,it wont budge is it reverse thread?Any help would be great.

I messed with my bikes jackshaft (speedway) for a while until I cleaned the scum off the bearings and realized that they had a retainer clip holding them in. Once that was removed the jackshaft came right off. Not sure if yours is the same type of set up, but it's worth a look.
