Restoring lil indian rims

I'm currently in the process of restoring two 60's vintage Lil Indian minis with the 4" mags and was curios if anybody out there has some tips on how to clean and polish these rims. Basically I would be looking for as much brilliance as possible. One rim has some paint left on it and the others are, (simply put) pretty dull at this point.

I took my wheels and glass beaded them . Then I took them to a place called williamson they did all the hard work they also did all my chrome work

Thank you for your reply. I must say, absolutely beautiful job on those rims. Do you, by chance, have any contact info for the people who did your work? Also, could you tell me if those have been chromed or polished?

polished they would not chrome them
