You need to make sure your cylinder is completely round with telescoping gauges.

If the cylinder is tapered or warped, you waisted money on piston rings.:thumbdown:

You might end up with the same problems as before.

I tore it down today and it was pretty nasty lots of rust on the crank weights which got in the oil and scoured up the piston and cylender walls. also the rod is bad because the crank bearing got all scored up also. Iv got to see if the other piston and rod i have is the same or ill be in the market for those also. Also the crank has no ball bearings so i guess its a 130202. I should probrobly put that shroud back on it too

ok the piston rod and rings from the vertical shaft 130902 look to be the same as my 130202. Im going to use them just gotta pick up a hone :thumbsup:
