1969 Rupp Banchi minibike. Needs parts missing in the photos. Good running 3.5 hp Briggs model Model 92902 Type 330301 included with clutch (air cleaner is included not in pic). $300 cash / Vintage go kart in pics is for sale also for $80 cash.

I will sell the frame - $100, front and rear rims with original tires $90/brake - $50/rear sprocket - $10/engine and clutch (starts 1-2 pulls) - $50 separately.
