no, its actually the last version of Lomart/cheeftah brake assemblies. Thats what the 3 holes close to the hub are for, the lomart wheels. The 6 hole pattern however is the standard 3.25" as found on alot of wheels, like the snowflake style Thomas, Manco, Bonanza, Go power series II, etc.. Rupp did use that pattern as well on the turbines late 64-67 as they used the Bendix drum but I dunno how the overall fitment would be on the wheel or the bikes.
