I think this is a 1969 rupp roadster please correct me if I am wrong. My dad picked this frame up and bought a hub with brake shoe as pictured, but said he had to hog out the holes a little to bolt to rim I noticed that the chain got tight and loose as tire spun and also brake shoes were dragging too, so I removed said tire, hub, and brake he put washers behind sprocket hub and there was a brass oil bearing inbetween brake shoe assembly and wheel hub, I think I need some kind of spacer between these two pieces because the edge of the shoes rubs the inside of the hub. But not sure if that oil light bearing is the correct choice. I need hel
p for a correct installation.

I think its a 68? but i would need to see the engine plate. Also another giveaway is the rear wheel is made for a disc brake. The roadster has threaded holes for the brake drum to bolt in the middle. Post better pics and if the bike has a front brake?
