Ruttman Grasshopper or Bonanza CR400

Picked up 2 Choppers over the weekend...a Ruttman Grasshopper, and a Bonanza "Scout" CR400. He included a Tecumseh H35 engine ( H35-45509M SER 8277B ) that he said was original to one of the bikes...he wasn't sure which one though. Which one of the above bikes would have come with the Tec H35 ? I'm a Lil Indian guy, so I might be selling both of them...they came with a Vintage Kart that I bought.

Bonanza had the Tecumseh, not sure on the Ruttman,Im interested in both, love the chopers, I also have 4 lil indians,where are you located

The ruttman had an HS40. the HS50 wasn't available until 1972 and i don't think they were making grasshoppers any more in 1972. Besides, 5hp is way too much for that nightmare of a chopper! ha!

I think they made them at least into the late 70's
