Parts are around. Manco used a tank that I believe is identical on a model of the same name.
The engine should be pretty easy to find. A square shroud Tecumseh HS40 is what you're looking for. You'll need to find a slanted intake to make it work on that engine plate, but they can be found on ebay for about $30-40 pretty regularly.
I'm not sure about the guard or fenders, but these bikes aren't super collectible so you can get creative with it. If you're gonna get it and do a restoration, I suggest a restomod. You'll get to make it yours and do it like you want instead of following someone else's blueprint. Plus, you can save a lot of money over trying to piece it back together.
