original post was "teach you children". Just because you own a gun, NRA or not, if you can't handle using it to survive, ( mentally) it useless. Teach your children their options, and let them decide.

The NRA is not a "charitable organization" and never has been. Contributions are not tax deductible. It is a PAC like any other.
