Side Popper Exhaust Help

I have a H35 side popper with a non-threaded exhaust port. I have searched the forum but haven't really found a solution to route it to the back. I did see a guy on ebay that has flanges for that motor but not sure how to make that option work.

I have made headers and mufflers from pieces of old shopping carts, luggage racks and just about any piece of pipe that is about the right diameter and has a bent section that I could cut and piece together. I line them up and weld them. If you do not have access to welding equipment, cut and mark everything accurately and take it to an auto repair muffler shop or a welding shop.
Hell, ship your parts to me and I'll weld them for free.

Yes. Also, a saw that will cut metal tubing.

I may also look into retro-fitting one of the many deflectors that are available.

Install an HS4 camshaft, and then the exhaust port is now the intake port....

JK! But I've seen this done and it looks so friggin cool.

This type of muffler works well to deflect exhaust away from your leg.

I found these 90 degree bends on ebay a while back you could use them to weld onto your flange.

Snowblowers are a great potential source for engines, tanks, tires, jackshaft parts, and also motor plates, tubular bends, and general sheet metal if you want to cut the chassis up.
