Tecumseh 5 hp Enduro OHV

I have a Tecumseh 5 hp Enduro OHV from an old pressure washer. I think the shaft specs out as follows: 25/32in. x 2 25/32in. tapered

I want to put it on my old Bonanza Chopper frame. Do I have any options, other than to have the shaft turned down, to get the power to the rear wheel?

I think there is not a clutch that will fit so could I put the clutch on the jackshaft assembly and find a sprocket out of the box to mount on the shaft?

I have the same motor on my bike and my clutch is on the crank shaft will have to look and measure when I get home
