Tecumseh Side Popper

Pulled this engine from a craftsman edger. The original owner said he bought the edger in 1980. Jives with the I.D. tag of 1979. Pulled the plug, and the valves operate normal, and turns over fine.
This is the HS25, but same bore and stroke as the HS30.
5/8 shaft.
$50.

Those have a high flow head ,if you switch it to a regular Tecumseh head it will have more hp. Very nice engine for a vintage mini bike.

all my clutches are 3/4”

Insane! I can ship thru Uncle Motorcycle shop, about $35-50. But still cost prohibitive.

I shipped an H35 side popper from MI to CA and it was $60 via UPS. that was a mistake... i think Fedex ground is cheaper. but yea probably still $35 or $40.

OldMiniBikes sells a couple of 5/8 clutches. They are great engines!

Had to ship a big 7hp Briggs to Arizona few years ago it was 92.00 through UPS but that includes them packing and box it up.
