I have an engine that jutters/shutters off the line when riding it, I don't think it's the clutch and once it's rolling everything is ok. The carb has been adjusted (both needles) during test drives and it still has the gov.
Also, I put a fresh plug in it and after 5 min it was a dry black.
Any thoughts? :doah:
