Hey , 7hp Briggs , drove it a couple times ( surprised by how good it drove) , went to the hardware store and on the way back had to get towed. Fired right up again but when I gave it some gas , it would die. Had it on the lift , had carb apart twice , sprayed for intake leaks , for s#$@* n giggles got a new coil. No change. Sitting across the garage by my bench looking at it and I noticed the fuel filter , in line on clutch side , was only close to half full. The petcock on my tank sits lower than the inlet on the carb. Are they all like this ?? Anyone got a pic of their set up? Thanks , frustrated

You can lift the tank a little but I think it is in the carb clean out the little holes in the carb. The gas you are useing could be the problem too. Only use 87 octane gas and add some carb and injector cleaner in it to keep the carb clean. I have the same one had a 10hp putting on 18hp this is mine my son driveing and I have the ski for mine too.
