Unknown Roller

Picked up this Roller and a Sting Ray today. They were in a Shipping Container. Got the Roller mostly for the Kidney Beans and Kick Stand but what is this this 3 seater? Ok I know the seat ain't original :laugh:

I had one in 1964 and when I met the guy at the shipping container, he said he had a Sting Ray for $400 I got it for $250. I don't know shit about them but I'm having fun riding it in the Hood!
