What clutch is this?

This clutch came on a minibike I got from a swap meet.
It has two sprockets on it the same size.
Is this for a two speed trans?
What all can you tell me about it?

Looks like a two speed clutch. Not sure of the maker. Comet maybe? It's probably stamped on the face

I'll probably be parting out the HS40 engine if I can sell it. It has a Taylor muffler and angled HS40 carb adapter.
The clutch will be for sale too.
